If you are unable to access the Internet, please unplug the power supply; it is a black box that has a Motorola label on it and a green light. Leave unplugged from the electrical outlet for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. After cycling the power using this method, restart your computer and try again. If you still cannot connect, please call for support at 323-1976.
